I only had to take one class to know i wanted to take more. I was a lil overwhelmed at tbe fact i had to drive 14mi one way but it was worth it!!!The teachers are great, friendly, energetic, and very knowledgeable and have 14years experience. It's such a work out too, one hr with these girls and they'll have you questioning if u should be that sore the day after, lol :) ....u dint have to be skinny to do these moves either chicas!!just be "ok!!let's try this move!!!" :) Try it out!!! ;)
The minute my best friends and I walked in the door we knew we had found our new favorite place. One class was all it took for us to get hooked! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I love it here!
